This company should be shut down. Made a mistake on their point system for my refund and will not honor their mistake. Stay away, COO is awful. Bad!! I purchased some items from them and after waiting over a month for my order to be filled, I didn't even receive what I ordered. I contacted SP4(Short Par 4) about the issue and was told that my shirts were not in stock so they sent what they thought I'd like! Really? After saying I wanted what I ordered I was told I would receive points compensation ( no value was ever discussed). I ordered items and used the points and was emailed today from the COO Tad F. and was told I would not be receiving the points as they messed up and I'd only be getting a tenth of the refund points they sent me, canceled my 2 open orders and refuse to refund my points or the shipping I paid. They company has been HORRIBLE for the 2 years I ha e done business with them.
Desired Outcome
I want ALL of the 110,000 points I was sent for store credit. Bottom line, end of story.

****, I'm sorry about your experience. As we discussed in our email exchange, we owned this mistake and apologize about this. In total, you spent $114 with us and we've provided you with $243 in returned credit. By giving you over double the amount back than what you have spent with us shows that we have gone above and beyond in trying to do the right from our perspective. For your comments stating that I refused a refund for the shipping of the two canceled orders is NOT accurate. I never refused to refund your account and as stated in the attached email communication. In my last email to you, I mentioned that the refund of the two $5.95 shipping charges were refunded when the orders were canceled and would reflect in your account in 5-8 business days. EMAIL ATTACHED FOR ALL COMMUNICATION ON ABOVE. Regarding order # XXXXXX involving the two shirts, per the attached screenshot from our team member, we stated that we could "process a refund" or "add SP4 Bucks to your account". When the refund was made in SP4 bucks (since purchased with SP4 Bucks) for the UA polos, the value was to be the same as you paid for them which was $55 for each for a total of $110 (Screenshot attached). The intent was to give you back $110 (11,000 SP4 bucks) but that is where the mistake was made, and a team member gave you back $1,110 (110,000 SP4 Bucks). As I mentioned in the attached email, we are not in a position to where a mistake of accidently giving you $1k must be honored due to a mistake by a team member. If your bank put an extra $1k in your account by accident and you spend it, are they going to forget about it and not recoup it? No, they would get their money back because you knew there was a mistake and shouldn't have been there and this scenario isn't any different than that. I do apologize for the mistake in this matter and am sorry that we can't come to an agreement in the proper compensation.
